First…Congratulations!  This will be an educational experience.  We’ll take the time to give you a hands-on “Home School” on inspection day.  You’re welcome to tag along and ask questions during the inspection and we’ll go over the key findings (both good and bad).  We won’t leave until your comfortable.  Homeownership is a huge step…  maintenance is no longer your landlord’s concern…  with a little knowledge, you can nurture this investment into your profits rather than your landlord’s!

Nothing within the American Society of Home Inspectors & Alabama Standards of Practice will be missed.  We’ll complete a systematic/exhaustive/thorough inspection checklist which will give you the tools needed for a sound decision.

Predicting a renovation budget isn’t easy, especially when there may be hidden costs.  Let us find what you may have missed.  If it’s visible and observable, we’ll find it!

When you purchase a home, a good inspection could uncover existing problems that only a professional might see.

To help you protect your investment, we will provide a comprehensive, visual inspection of the home and its’ major systems.  The home inspection report will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system; interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components. Special attention is given to identifying deficiencies in systems and components that require immediate repair or that need further evaluation.  The report clearly and objectively points out the existing conditions of the property.  Our inspection will educate you and make suggestions regarding safety upgrades in your new home.

We can help remove some of the stress and anxiety of the home buying process by exposing defects and other conditions prior to your closing.  A home inspection by a highly trained and impartial professional can help reduce risk and/or bring to your attention unanticipated expenses during the first few years of home-ownership.  We feel that a home inspection helps the buyer make a more informed decision on the purchase of their new home.  Purchasing a home is a major decision and a home inspection makes you a smarter, wiser and more informed buyer.

Honest Reviews

I have bought 4 homes and have had 4 different inspectors. Steve and Greg were by far the most professional, affordable, and thorough. I am more comfortable moving forward with my purchase due to the satisfaction I have with the service they provided!

We received a detailed home inspection which included pictures of all their findings in our report. We also Face-timed (we are out-of-town buyers), so they showed us, over video, their findings. Quick response and turnover of our inspection report. Couldn't have asked for a better inspection. Thank you!

Steve & Greg did a great job inspecting my potential home purchase. They went through all their findings with me, actually showing me what needed attention. Their final report, with photos, was as complete as you could ask. Both Steve & Greg are very friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had. Very professional, I feel much more confident buying this home thanks to them. Highly recommend!
